- Ranger Glossy Accents
- Ranger Stickles or fine glitter
- Cosmic shimmer glue or
- E6000 glue
- Images, eg collage sheet
- 1-inch hole punch
- 20mm brooch back
Instructions
1. Use a clean, pre-flattened bottle cap with a split ring or prepare your own. (tip: You can colour the inside surface with a black sharpie and leave to dry.)
2. Use a 1-inch hole punch to cut out a perfectly-sized, neat image.

4. Glue image into bottle cap with strong adhesive, eg Cosmic Shimmer glue and press flat.
5. Try adding fine glitter or Stickles glitter glue around inside edge to outline the image.
6. Once the glitter is dry you can turn it into a pendant or brooch. Apply strong jewellery glue, eg E6000 glue with a toothpick to brooch back and press onto back of bottle cap.
Leave to dry for 24 hours. (tip: You can purchase bottle caps with a pre-drilled hole and split ring to make easy pendants).
Tips on images
You can obtain suitable images
from:
- Online stores, eg Piddix and various Etsy stores offer copyright-free artwork as digital files containing 1-inch round circle images
- Scrapbook paper or paper pads
- Vintage postcards or magazines
Digital files must be printed on a laser printer to prevent colour bleed or sealed properly to prevent wet glue damaging the image.
