Chocolate Cracknel

200g Syrup

120g Butter

25g Cocoa powder or drinking chocolate

75g Skimmed powdered dried milk (i.e. marvel or equivalent from Adsa/ Tesco)

75g Cornflakes

Big bar of you favourite chocolate to drizzle over the top once mixture is cool and set.

Instructions:

Melt syrup and butter in pot, stir in coco and dried milk, stir for about 20 minutes

Add cornflakes and pour into a tray.

Once cool drizzle with melted chocolate.
